Get to know me better…

Everyone has a story that quietly shapes who they are behind the scenes. This page offers a glimpse into mine. The things I care about, what keeps me curious, and how I see the world.

Personality and Character

First off, I value honesty, and that’s one of the reasons I created this “Get to know me better” section. Being real and straightforward is important to me, but I always try to keep it kind and thoughtful, never harsh. I’m also an introvert, which means I really appreciate meaningful moments with others, but I recharge best with some quiet time. That introverted side helps me focus deeply when it’s time to get things done. Oh, and fun fact: it might have something to do with my INFJ MBTI type.

Fascinated by Technology

I’ve been fascinated by technology for as long as I can remember. I’d compare it to being a car enthusiast. While some chase more horsepower or a sleeker design, I get excited about computing power, bigger storage, and performance optimization. Sure, the relationship between humans and technology can sometimes feel a bit like Stockholm syndrome, but let’s be honest, we’ve achieved some pretty incredible things together. As technology keeps evolving, I believe there’s something in it for everyone, just like there was for me.

Art Part

I believe everyone has something to do with art. Just take a look at yourself, perhaps the most magnificent creation nature has ever achieved. Throughout history, people have expressed themselves through painting, dance, music, and many other forms. For me, sketching has always been my favorite. Simple and minimalistic, yet it satisfies the creative half of my brain. Even though I’ve never pursued it professionally, it continues to be a peaceful escape from the demands of daily life. Over time, I’ve also come to see programming as a kind of art too. Sculpting ideas with logic, building something from nothing. It’s creativity with imagination grounded in precision. As John Romero once said, “You might not think that programmers are artists, but programming is an extremely creative profession. It’s logic-based creativity.”

Sport Adventure

The journey into sports often begins at the gym, and it was the same for me. I started by building muscle, which eventually sparked an interest in various forms of martial arts. Out of all the disciplines I explored, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) quickly became my favorite. I had the honor of training at the Greater Poland branch of the Berserker’s Team club, which at the time had remained undefeated in the Polish team championship for over a decade. Under their guidance, I proudly earned second place in the Polish Cup. Unfortunately, moving abroad forced me to pause my training, but I hope to return to the sport in the future.
