Continuing my work at THG, I joined the quality team, where my role extended well beyond standard quality control. I was responsible for conducting investigations to identify, analyze, and resolve errors that occurred during warehouse operations, both by correcting data in the system and, when necessary, through physical adjustments. This required regular use of internal tools such as the Voyager WMS and MS Excel. I also provided cross-departmental support, assisting teams that encountered operational issues, which demanded a solid understanding of processes across various departments. Additionally, I handled a range of ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and maintain quality standards.

As a B2B operator, my primary responsibility was preparing orders for business partners. While the role was largely hands-on and manual, it offered valuable experience in two key areas. First, I was involved during the early stages of the company’s rollout of a new proprietary warehouse management system. This gave me first-hand insight into the practical challenges of system implementation and how technical solutions translate into real-world workflows from an end-user perspective. Second, the role exposed me to a variety of business client requirements. By handling and fulfilling orders for different partners, I developed a solid understanding of their expectations, priorities, and the logistical realities of processing high-volume shipments.

I graduated from a technical high school with a specialization in Telecommunications, where I gained hands-on experience with various electronic systems. As part of my education, I completed a month-long internship at Eltel, which at the time operated as a subcontractor for Poland’s national telecom provider. During this apprenticeship, I became familiar with the core concepts of telecommunication infrastructure and conducted transmission parameter measurements within telecommunications networks. I also had the opportunity to observe how these systems are implemented and maintained in real-world conditions.
